    This was fun to do.

It is a wholly manipulated work of computer art — first calculated, then rendered, then segmented, then finally reassembled digitally.

What you can’t see at all, here on my blog, is the incredibly breathtaking detail in the work. It borders on infinite — some argue the detail is infinite, except at some point in a published giclée, you can no longer discern the detail.

In that way, I argue it is ‘almost’ infinite in its detail.

I could publish the original file at 6′ wide by 9′ tall — and the detail, viewed from 12″ away from the surface of the piece published at that size, would be remarkable.
