What a delightful mastery of alliteration this is! Maybe you are misjudging her, however. Perhaps she is just trying to conform to what popular culture tells her is the ideal.

it is always a pleasant read when men write abt the knowing intimacies of women… somehow it makes me smile and enjoy life all the more… instead of the song… she’s my bit*h
