Zoot’n

Original DDE™ surrealistic art: “To the 9’s” by: rob kistner © 3/18/24

S harp dressed dude
in a felt chapeau
deepest red
as fine Bordeaux

french-cuff ivory shirt
soft as cream dessert

red linen coat
double-breasted
uptown savvy
teal velvet-vested

tan gabardine slacks
3-pleated right
sunshine satin tie
knotted tight

lookin’ like jazz-age Paris
on Saturday night

  1. I would love to see my husband in such attire, Rob, but he just loves his tatty old jeans and t-shirt too much. I, on the other hand, try to smarten up a little.
I love the similes in your quadrille, especially ‘lookin’ like jazz-age Paris on Saturday night’.

  2. I imagine jazz clubs with dim lights and sharp dressed musicians and patrons. Everyone dancing to that jazzy beat.

Ah Paris, I have always wanted to go there.

How are you, my friend? It has been a while. Covid caught up with me and knocked me out for weeks.

Is that one of your digital artworks?

    1. So so sorry the COVID got you True. I sympathize. It was pretty shitty. Hope you are feeling better my fridnd! 🙂 Yes, that is my digital image. Since 2nd half of last year, I am only using my original digital extrapolations. I will continue using only my original images on my Image & Verse site into the future.

      1. You are very talented, love your digital artwork

It has been terrible Rob ….

Nice to read your words, again
